OnlyOption no longer offers trading services in binary options. The review below is presented for the archiving purposes.

If you are located outside the USA and looking for a quality binary options broker you can trust, OnlyOption is a name well worth considering. This site is operated by Safecap Investments Ltd., a Cyprus-based company that also owns TopOption, another broker we recommend. Both sites are powered by Markets.com, the popular Forex and CFD trading website. Both are also regulated by CySEC under license # 092/08. Most importantly, OnlyOption includes some incredible resources, and offers way more than the average binary options broker.

Fee Free and Easy to Get Started

To join OnlyOption, navigate to the homepage and look in the top right corner for the green button which says “Open Account.” When you click on it, you will be taken to the registration screen where you can input basic information. You are also asked a few additional questions about your income level, profession, and your trading experience. You may then move on to the deposit screen, where you can open an account in US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Japanese Yen or Polish Zloty. Deposit methods include credit and debit card, Fast Bank Transfer, WebMoney, Neteller, Skrill, and SOFORT.

One area where OnlyOption really stands out is fees—or rather, no fees! There are no deposit or withdrawal fees, and no withdrawal minimum thresholds are mentioned. OnlyOption makes it easy to get your money out of your account. This is incredibly refreshing, as most brokers charge excessive fees and set high thresholds, making things difficult.

Accounts and Training Features

There are three account tiers, starting at $250. There is no mention on the site (or anywhere) of a demo account, but it is reasonable to expect they may offer one if you ask, as TopOption does. If you open your account with $250, you get a Starter level account, which includes a $250 bonus. The next tier up is the Pro account, starting at $1,000, and including a $500 bonus. The highest level is the VIP account, which comes with a $2,500 bonus.

All three accounts include excellent features like access to risk management tools, research, alerts, and updates, an exclusive e-book starter guide, account management, and 1-on-1 training. There are also a ton of educational materials on the site under the video library and eBook sections. I do not say this often about trading sites, but I am genuinely impressed with these resources. They not only cover basic topics for beginners, but go in-depth into technical analysis and trading strategies.

This is a much higher caliber than most of what is out there. Most of the “advanced” resources I have seen say the equivalent of “technical analysis exists,” and call that strategy. They might teach traders the names of a couple of indicators, and call it good, or provide a single example of a simple system, but provide no further guidance. These videos and articles include information on dozens of indicators and strategies, and all I looked at were the free resources on the site. If this is what the company offers for free without requiring a deposit, I imagine what they offer to customers with large accounts is even better.

The higher your account tier, the better the features. While the Starter account only comes with 1-on-1 introductory training, the Pro account includes 3 hours a month, and the VIP account includes unlimited training. Whenever you need assistance, an expert trader is there to help you out. Additional features include off trading hours assistance, the trading central report, and SMS signals. There really is an impressive amount of support here.

Trading on OnlyOption

While trading on your mobile device is not available yet, it is on its way for Android and iOS. The platform itself is powered by Markets.com, and offers a beautiful, easy-to-use interface for trading currencies, stocks, indices, and commodities (186 in total). Types of trades include High/Low, One Touch, No Touch, and Speed Trading. While this is not a huge selection, it still provides plenty of flexibility. While I did not see Pairs trading on the interface, it is mentioned on the site, which implies that it will be added soon. It would be great if they would think about adding Range and Ladder trading.

The minimum trade size is $10, and you can trade as much as $1,000 on a single option. This makes the site a good choice for traders with both large and small accounts. Risk management tools are available to help you control your investment size. Average payouts range around 85%, which is quite good, since many sites only offer around 75%.

Customer Service

You can reach OnlyOption’s customer service team via live chat, telephone (local country numbers are available), or email. Service is available 24/5 for most customers (VIP account holders can also get assistance outside of trading hours). When I checked, no one was available, but this was only because it was a weekend.

OnlyOption opened its doors to the trading public in 2015, so there is not as much feedback out there yet for this site as there is for TopOption. TopOption has a great reputation, though, and so does Markets.com. This website is backed up by some great names. Safecap’s other sites are well respected, and there is no reason to expect OnlyOption will be any different. Customers have reported great experiences working with Safecap’s customer service team.

Conclusion: An Excellent Choice for Non-USA Traders

Traders in the USA unfortunately cannot trade with OnlyOption for regulatory reasons. If you are located outside the US, however, you may very well want to trade with OnlyOption, or their other site, TopOption. Safecap runs a great operation. This is a company which has compiled some amazing learning materials for traders and put together some solid training programs. They do not charge the same exorbitant fees that so many brokers inflict on their customers, and they have a strong reputation for customer service. They are regulated by CySEC, which provides you with an additional layer of trust. It is rare to find this much quality in one place!
