Boss Capital is a binary options site operated by ALTIVEX Ltd., a company based in Gibraltar (apparently connected to the company that runs Redwood Options). While Boss Capital only opened its doors this year, the site appears to be well on its way to offering great service to customers. They already have far more features and a better organized site design than many brokers that have been around since 2012 and before. Their customer service desk was prompt and helpful. This up-and-coming broker is definitely going to be worth keeping an eye in the coming years. Best of all, they are open to customers in the USA. (Unfortunately, they have stopped accepting US customers since June 2, 2015.)
Boss Capital Account Packages
Getting started on Boss Capital only takes minutes. The initial deposit to trade on the site is $200, and customers can open accounts in US Dollars, British Pounds, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Russian Rubles. Deposit options include debit or credit card, wire transfer, Neteller and CashU. For customers who are able to deposit more, Boss Capital has a series of account tiers.
Bronze. This account package is available to customers depositing $1,000 or more. There is a 20% welcome bonus.
Silver. This account package is available to customers who deposit $4,000 or more, and includes a match bonus of 40%. Withdrawals at this level are expedited, and two risk-free trades are included.
Gold. If you deposit $5,000 or more, you are eligible for the Gold package, which includes a 65% welcome bonus, same day withdrawals, and five risk-free trades. With this package, you can also get fixed increase payouts up to 80%, and 24/7 customer support.
VIP Account. This account includes all the features available at the other three levels plus more, and is available if you deposit $100,000 or more. For details on this type of account, you need to contact the company directly.
Withdrawal terms are a bit restrictive. Only one free withdrawal is allowed per month unless you are at one of the upper account tiers, after which you must pay $30 per withdrawal. At the upper tiers, all withdrawals are free. There is a $100 minimum withdrawal threshold.
Plenty of Trade Features and Educational Resources
Boss Capital has a lot to offer traders in terms of the trading experience. Whereas Redwood Options uses the SpotOption platform, this site uses the TechFinancials platform. The trading platform is available on iPhone and Android, so the site also supports mobile trading.
On Boss Capital, you can choose from 105 trading instruments—and that isn’t counting the pairs listed on the asset page (which I view as a type of trade). Types of trades include Pairs, Boundary, Touch, No Touch, High/Low, and a variety of short-term options. Short-term options include 2-minute trades, 5-minute trades, 30-second trades, and 60-second trades. This is one of only a handful of brokers which currently offers 30-second trades, so if you want to get in the super fast lane, Boss Capital is a great choice. Overall, this is a huge selection of different trade types, and this company offers far more diverse opportunities than most other sites.
Also exciting is the wide financial range in which you can trade. You can invest with as little as $10 or as much as $7,500. And if that isn’t enough for you, you can open as many positions as you want simultaneously, making this platform equally ideal for traders with small accounts and huge bankrolls. Early closure, rollover, and double up give traders even more control.
There are a ton of educational resources on the site. Along with basic how-to articles, a glossary, and a detailed FAQ page, there are also trading webinars, an eBook, additional articles on the site, and news. Personal analysts are available to traders at all account levels ($1,000 and up). Additionally, it is noteworthy that there are no information gaps on the site whatsoever. This broker is very transparent about their practices and describes all services in detail. You will probably find answers to all or most of your questions on the site without even having to talk to an agent or look up other reviews online.
Great Fast Service
I was pretty impressed with Boss Capital by the time I got around to testing their customer service team. I was not expecting much for a couple reasons. Firstly, disappointment is typical on this front for binary options brokers. Secondly, I was not optimistic about the fact that 24/7 service was only offered at higher account tiers.
I was pleasantly surprised. Within about ten seconds of logging onto the live chat, a real human being answered me. At first I was wary, because he did not seem to understand my first question. When I clarified, though, he had an answer right away. He was also quick to answer my next question. He politely asked if he could help with anything else before I logged off. I came back later to ask another question, which the service agent did not know the answer to. Nonetheless, the response time was again very fast, and the agent was friendly. So while this is not perfect service, it is still many calibers above what many traders are used to on other sites.
Conclusion: An Exciting New Broker
I have read that Boss Capital is run by the same people who operate Redwood Options and TradeRush, and that the site was started to offer customers the chance to use the TechFinancials platform and enjoy the same great service. TradeRush and Redwood have both been around for some time and have strong reputations.
Their experience going into the site is probably the reason Boss Capital appears to be off to such a promising start. TradeRush shut its doors to traders in the USA some time ago, so it is also very exciting that this site is accepting USA customers. (Unfortunately, they no longer accept US traders.) If you are looking for a broker with great features, a ton of different trade types, and good customer service, consider Boss Capital.
